Tony Luetkemeyer, R-Parkville, announced Tuesday the success of the annual Missouri Senate Charity Bowling Tournament, which took place earlier this year and raised more than $44,000 for the Friends of Parkville Animal Shelter. The event brought together senators, staff and community supporters for an evening of friendly competition and charitable giving.
